MY ROLE
To commemorate Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I led a strategic intervention of the digital booking experience for Estrella Roja Puebla. I developed the "ViajERosa" concept, integrating prevention messages into every step of the purchase flow. From selecting a seat to receiving a pink digital ticket, the journey was redesigned for giving clients information about the relevance of early prevention. Awards: Winner – Premio Nacional Diseña México 2020. Finalist – Premio a! Diseño 2019.
